This Dishcloth Almost Killed Me

And I wish I was kidding.

I restarted this pattern like 8 times - which is unheard of for me, I'm an okay knitter, I can usually nail something the first try out, if not the second. I didn't trust the pattern the first three times I ripped it out, which was my fault. Then I was making stupid mistakes, no maintaining the tension and it would get baggy or forgetting which row I was on and not realizing I picked up on the wrong row until three rows later. Basically I just had to finish this thing just to prove myself better than the stupid pattern. I would love to give my trade buddy two but I don't think I have the patience to do this again.

And this is the happiest yellow cotton I could find, and believe me, I looked.
